Very friendly staff and eager to help. Excellent facilities. Last year we had problems in hooking-up to the freely available WiFi but this year we had no problems at all. Very clean and comfortable apartment in excellent and accessible surroundings. Good value for money.

The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in Florence for more than just a night and wants a comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings.

It was a lovely hotel; the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was very central. I was delightfully surprised actually by the room.

The experience of staying at the hotel lived up to the pictures and guest reviews. The location is perfect for all the main attractions. The staff extremely helpful and gave great recommendations of where to eat. The appartment itself was very stylish and elegant and I can't ever remember staying in a cleaner, yet homely hotel. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Needs to have children channels available in the TV. To much noise from the street during the night. The rooms are not very spacious so I wouldn't recommend this to a family with young children.
