The host (Masimo) is very friendly and helping. The atmosphere is authentic and reminds of the past. It was close to the SMN station and to the center of the Florence, friendly personal. Location, it was very close to all the attractions in Florence. Great location. Hospitable personell. staff was excellent and friendly. The only thing that I liked is the receptionist - the guy is something 80 years old, reading your documents with a magnifying glass in his hand. You don't often to see that :) And the location is good.
