  The staff in this hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, couteous. In fact as one who stays in lots of hotels they were some of the best I have come across and they need to be commended. That alosne would bring me back but also the view, the location etc is first class.   The staff are extremely friendly and the swimming pool was heated to perfection, very good spa with excellent staff all round at this hotel .The complimentary transport to and from Ennis when requested was great .

  That there was Wireless Internet. Enjoyed the ability to contact friendsat home of our safe arrival via email. Also, glad to see an elevator, itwas nice that we did not have to carry our heavy luggage upstairs as wehave at other BandB'S. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. We hadjet lag and missed the timeframe for breakfast but they gracio... what people say » usly setus up with breakfast before we left. - This hotel was superb; staff, food, bedroom was fantatic but I would say that the best part of my stay was the Leisure Centre - excellent Jacuzzi and the Spa was sublime, would certainly recommend all to visit. I believe this hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star at least, well done!
