  Friendly staff, location and the huge room we were allocated. We hadalso stayed at the hotel 10 years ago when we visited Dublin. - It was like being at home. The staff were very helpfull. The ownerwas lovely.

  We found all staff very pleasant and charming to talk to. The Continental breakfast had amazing variety and is the best we have experienced. We haven't been inconvenienced with building extensions and didn't mind the distance from centre of town and enjoyed walking in and back also. Preferable to staying in the noisy environs of Dublin centre but so convenient with the Luas line almost on the doorstep. Will definitely stay again, in fact intend to do so 31 July.

  8 of us enjoyed our stay on 31st Jan at the Gresham. We arrived at the hotel at 8.30 a.m. and were able to book in and go to our rooms.   I have stayed in many hotels, and for the price, this is the best hotel/apartment that I have ever stayed in, period. Amazing value for the money. My apartment was modern, contained all utensils needed for cooking, and in general, was better than my real apartment back home. - Everything. We did noy wish to leave as it was like being at home.   One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel. The purple and white colour scheme was very much to my taste and the ability to dim the lighting was a lovely additio - Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

  We loved the Dublin 1 Apartments! It was right around the corner walking to the Temple Bar Area and we were 3 women coming home late at night and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Nancy and Kevin were so friendly and made us feel right at home. They gave us great advice on everything! Including shopping and flying tips for Ryan Air. They even ke... what people say » pt a few of our bags while we flew to Scotland for a week! They were very generous and we so appreciated all they did for us. We will definitely stay - Staff member was wonderful. We got there a earlier than booking in time and she offered to let us drop off our baggage so we could go sight seeing. She showed us how to use hot water, heating and telly - which really helped us have a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the Academy and so it was a wonderful central local to everything. We loved Dublin and know that the location of the apartment added to that. Thank you so much.
