It was easy to find from Shannon Airport. It was welcoming, warm and the room was spotless and had everything we would want for a very good night's sleep. Staff most helpful. - They allowed me book in before the allocated booking time in order to facilitate a quicker check when I returned to the hotel after midnight to take my room.

The staff were amazingly helpful, they couldn't do enough for me and my family. They arranged a car space for my husband and literally stayed on the phone giving him directions to the hotel. One member of staff got into the car with me and personally took me to the car park underground. The staff couldn't do enough for us while we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good also.

The staff we're extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were most comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard. The Hamptons restaurant offered us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in a hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I would certainly hope to stay in The Savoy again.
