We travelled to Ennis for the Fleadh Nua music festival on a budget and found the hostel to be just what we wanted. We took a family room with en-suite shower room for a week. The room was very decent, the common areas were warm and friendly and
the kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. Breakfasts were fairly
plain (cereal and milk, toast, butter, jam, tea/coffee, orange juice
and scones were offered) but plentiful and completely sufficient for our
needs. The internet connection was excellent on the ground floor. The
staff was extremely helpful and nice, and the location very scenic.

The proprietor Donald and his wife were very friendly and accommodating.
The room size was Ireland standard and very clean. The price was
affordable and location was a walkable 15 to 20 min to center of Ennis.
Breakfast was very good. Free private parking. Free wireless worked good
in our room. Cruises Pub was a good choice for music and food.
