Location, service and cleanliness. Left luggage ,a great service. Good, clean rooms. Excellent facilities, good rates. The major plus of the hotel is it's location right in the centre of Dublin, and the Airlink connection to the airport right outside the front door. Well mannered and helpful staff, pleasant surroundings and comfort andwell situated in the centre of dublin. Prompt roomservice, excellent facillities, friendly helpful staff. staff were very nice, safe car park, clean, good breakfast,. Excellent location. Modern Rooms. Welcoming staff. . Central Location. Convenient Parking at Hotel. The staff was friendly and the location superb!. the hotel was very central to all shops etc...The location is excellent. location and hotel room. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city centre, although we did get warned several times off locals about it being a dodgy area at night time. The staff were friendly and the late bar was appreciated. That we could regulate the room temperature ourselves in the room. The location and style of the hotel. Helpful Staff, Central Location.Very central and good value. Convenient location. Guiness museum, jamesons distillery, dublin bus tour, temple bar, churchrestaurant. Clean and modern and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location, comfortable and quiet. Location was perfect for what i needed. Good location, staff very friendly. great location and price. i loved the location. Location is great. Staff and location. city centre. Central location, comfortable clean beds and good hot showers. The very helpful desk staff printed out onward travel boarding passes.Clean, neat rooms, well provided with all small items of comfort, central location, close to the entertainment and shopping. the bathroom was really exceptionally clean and modern. The location for Dublin shops and cultural activities was great. cost was very good and it was an excellent location. would definately stay again !. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, airport coach stop just outside hotel. Location was good. Hotel quiet, no noise from other guests. Staff helpful. The hotel was great and situated so well for everything we wanted to see.Nice quite refurbished room just like I asked, with great bathroom. Right in the heart of the city, breakfast was good lots of choose.Faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room and presence of an ashtray. We are non smokers and thought that as Dublin is smoking free that this was strange. Just the lift, which was a bit bumpy!. Rooom could do with being updated. had to pay for breakfast in the dining room, was not able to charge to my room and also broadband was expensive and it did not work in my room but did work in the lobby area.the fact that someone parked infront of my jeep in car park and i could not leave in the morning!!!. Unfortunately on Saturday there was a big fight in the hotel between guests attending a 21st birthday party. We were unable to enter the hotel during the fight. The hotel did not have adequate security personnel on duty to deal with it. At least 20 policemen arrived to deal with the fighting which had spilled onto the street. It was not a pretty site.I thought that breakfast could of been included, and at 12.50 euro was like everything else in Dublin, expensive!. The heat in the corridoors was very intense. It was almost unbearable.I was nearly driven mad and could not sleep because of the continuous banging of both fire doors and room doors, because of this I will think twice before staying. This is a pity because I really enjoyed the standard of the hotel. Lobby and Bar uncomfortably cold on Saturday Night, due to front doors being open.A mistake was made with our breakfast order
was also delayed 30 minutes. Room was small but nice. Shower like most Euro showers was tiny but always good for a laugh. There was no vegetarian foods on the menu. Twin Rooms very small and decor a bit dated. everything was perfect. Bar / restaurant. Breakfast should be incl. In price. I was only there for the one night so I didnt really think there wouldbe a point of complaining but even when myu window was closed thedarught that came through it was unbelievably cold. Had to ensure I hadall bed clothing was wrapped over me including my face! Neverexperienced anything unlike that, but have to say the rest of the hotelwas spot on, very impressed with rest of standard. absent joining the Internet at room and very expensiveness-7EUR/hour. In the shower flowed very small streem...Unable to get a drink in the bar at 11.30pm due to disfunction of till ! Discourteous service at breakfast in the restaurant. Request that we pay for breakfast before we were seated even though they had a print out of my credit card !! However the breakfast was excellent. The location of our original room was the only problem. The room looked out on O'Connell which is the very busy street and generates a lot of noise. However, when we explained this problem to the reception, they were very helpful and gave us another room, much quieter.Breakfast was expensive. Rooms in need of facelift, esp bathroom. One pillow was very lumpy.I thought oh dear very shabby looking on the outside, when I first walked up to the hotel, but most pleased arriving in my room. A softer mattress would have made it A1. Not enough milk in rooms.
