  I was put in a room with hardly any wifi signal. I asked if I could have another room as I really needed Internet access and they were very helpful and accomodated my request. Breakfast included fresh fruits and other healthy stuff.   This apartment was a fantastic find! We go to Clifden a few times a year. We have found now with two kids we are very restricted in a hotel room, but its very expensive (and usually impossible) to get a holiday rental for less than a week. The apartment is spotlessly clean, modern, well decorated, central to everything in town and yet totally qu... what people say » iet. Owners on site and always ready to help and advise as to where the best places to eat and which are the best scenic routes .

  from the moment we walked in the door we had the warmest of welcomes. The room was really spacious, comfortable, warm and better than many hotels I've experienced. Lots of choice for breakfast and very relaxed about timing! We weren't hounded out of the room at 10 in the morning, the landlady was more than happy to accommodate a late breakfast. Sh... what people say » e gave us lots of suggestions about what we could do and where the best places (and most readonable if that's what you're after) were in the town. - I was travelling with a friend after we are living in Ireland for almost 2 years, this was our first big trip here. I can say with no doubt that staying in Connemara Coutry Lodge was a great decision, we had a great time there. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff very friendly, Mary is just a great hostess and she sang some songs after the breakfast. Lovely! We were very sorry to spend just one night the, I'd recomend this B&B to everyone coming to Ireland.

  After two weeks in Ireland in the lower half of the country, we felt this was one of the top two places we stayed the entire trip. The rooms were brand new, the house was gorgeous and clean and simple, and the family was outgoing and very friendly. We felt like we were staying at our own home. The location to town was perfect, and the atmosphere... what people say » the most relaxing. Great distance to Connemara National Park, and a great deal for all the luxuries of the lodge. Thank you Anita!! - This is the ideal place for touring across Connemara. Just an hour by car from Galway and by foot ten minutes down to the beautiful town of Clifden. Plenty of nice restaurants and last not least cosy little pubs. The breakfast in racecourse lodge is just out of this world. Smoked salmon and fresh brown bread for breakfast, that's what I need early in the morning. Our hosts were more than friendly and helpful. We would like to come again, thanks for everything.

  Spacious, comfortable room, extremely comfortable beds (I even asked where she bought the matresses!). It was very reasonable for what was on offer, the welcome was warm and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the house was spotless! All three of us slept like logs - I couldn't praise it more highly as a B&B. Highly recommended! - Sine... what people say » ad was a wonderful and helpful hostess. The room was very comfortable with a lovely décor. We greatly enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful cliff views. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay at the Seafield House immensely.

  The hospilality was over and above. The sitting room offered tea and biscuits and selection of movies to view. The rooms were big with private modern bathrooms. A great selection for breakfast and a wonderful walk From the back yard to view the cliffs with the help of their collie. Lowere village very friendly too - Wonderful warm and knowledgeable hosts, very clean and comfortable accommodation. A real joy and very pretty surroundings. Loved the collie dog, Lady, which escorted us on our walk to the cliffs, even though in was pouring rain! ;) Nice scenic 10 minute drive to Clifden town - with wonderful pubs, Irish music and good food.

  Gorgeous modern spacious apartment with so much provided you only need to pack your clothes. Luxurious home from home. Fabulous location and owner a pleasure to deal with. Moved on to a 4* hotel in Westport and regretted having left the apartment ever since! Nothing could compare well against this beautiful apartment.

  This was a very comfortable B&B. The hosts could not have been more caring. I became ill while there and had to stay in a couple of days. They went out of their way to check and insure my husband and I were comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more caring hosts! Location was gorgeous. The breakfast is of good quality. The dining room with a nice view just in front of the sea. The owner is a lady really very nice and kind.
