Also, very close to the airport-- easy walking distance if you want, but very quick shuttle service aswell, if you have lots of bags. - The convenience of location, the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

  The staff were incredibly welcoming, and showed us to our room which was spacious and beautifully decorated. Little touches like the Ipod speakers, the old fashioned bath, view over the courtyard and very comfortable and huge beds made this one of our favorite Irish hotels.   We liked everything! There was a warm welcome on reception and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Being relatively cheap compared to BnBs nearby we were expecting basic but everything we could want was provided, including towels and tea and coffee sachels on arrival. We all (4 of us) slept well with no complaints about the beds or the rooms ... what people say » - which is unusual for a group. As student accommodation there was also lundary and computer facilities. It is about a 20 minute straight walk into to - Very central,clean facilities!no noise suitable for all the family. Well stocked centra shop within the building free parking. Good price

  I asked for all kinds of help and I was always very satisfied - this hotel has very helpful staff and excellent service delivery. I am 56 years old and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The health spa and gym are excellent with great staff so do try them. Indeed I dropped my wallet in the gym and it was at the reception waiting for me. ... what people say » - Loved it.   Excellent Meals, although getting tea at breakfast was hard work. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success. The room upgrades are excellent.

The hotel is only a short walk from the main shopping street in Cork and the surrounding area was quiet.
