I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. The breakfasts were the best we had on this trip to Bali (made better by the music and dancing provided every morning). The location was great - just a short walk through the 'cut through' and you were on the main street. I think this place provided superb value fo - It was situated in a good spot. We were close to the hustle and bustle, but felt we were in our own private Oasis. We did have a private villa and pool, and are happy that we didnt stay in the lagoon Villas as it was very noisy and busy at that end of the resort. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

  My time at villa karisa was just outstanding! It is so peaceful and quiet there the rooms are comfortable, clean and have a great Balinese style. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants all of seminyak is a short taxi ride away or a walk along the beach.   Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss.   Well, it's everything... It brings back our smile since our arrival at this hotel. Initially, we're quite tired queuing for taxi and our luggage at the airport (2 hours). But as soon as we arrive at the hotel, we immediately find some peace in this hotel. The hotel provides a very personalized approach to their guests and does make an effort to respond to your needs as soon as you present them.
