It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. -

The room we got was incredible - very modern and stylish with a great private pool. The hotel staff were amazingly friendly. It was situated in a good spot. We were close to the hustle and bustle, but felt we were in our own private Oasis. We did have a private villa and pool, and are happy that we didnt stay in the lagoon Villas as it was very noisy and busy at that end of the resort. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

My time at villa karisa was just outstanding! It is so peaceful and quiet there the rooms are comfortable, clean and have a great Balinese style. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants all of seminyak is a short taxi ride away or a walk along the beach. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Excellent accommodation - large villa with all modern facilities. Free shuttle bus excellent - no worries with dropping us to Waterbom Park. Bali

The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. -

The Hotel is a little bit outside of the crowded and very loud village of Seminak. With the Hotel shuttle or a taxi you can reach the beach, the shop or restaurants easily. It's also possible to have a 20min walk because around the hotel is nothing. The hotel itself is very beautiful and quiet.

The hotel is really extraordinary! Bali-ambient, green, calm,
peacefull, 2 minutes from the beach, everybody smiling and helpfull. We

I love the privacy and value or money. The way they come and spray the room for Mosquitos and tidy the rooms while doing it. Friendly staff the make you feel like a king or queen. -

Well, it's everything... It brings back our smile since our arrival
at this hotel. Initially, we're quite tired queuing for taxi and our
luggage at the airport (2 hours). But as soon as we arrive at the hotel,
we immediately find some peace in this hotel. It's quite unexpected
since Jalan Laksmana outside this hotel is a very crowded and busy road

Everyday we were surprised with our towels organized in the shape of an
animal! One day a frog, the other day a turtle, a mouse, a fish... With
a handwritten note by the housekeeping staff. For someone traveling with
a child these type of details are important. The hotel provides a very
personalized approach to their guests and does make an effort to respond
to your needs as soon as you present them. The breakfast has a very
