  The location is very convenient. It is nestled in the city with access to local markets, taxis and public transportation. The hotel decor is modern with subtle nods to Indonesian art- notice the woodwork and sculptures that decorate the common areas. The pool is a refreshing retreat- especially for an early morning dip, after a day of sightseeing ... what people say » or after visiting the gym. The Spa services are exemplary with professional and attentive staff. The food is tasty but once I found the fried rice and - Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.

Location is excellent, 3 minute walk to McDonalds, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Chillis, etc. Huge shopping mall 5 min with taxi, it will cost you $1 (Grand Indonesia). This is the best location I have stayed at in Jakarta.

  I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was located on a high floor. The room was a bit small though, but quite comfortable. Breakfast is good and there is a cafe restaurant, which serves a well priced food. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the hotel staff. I happened to loose my iPod thinking that I lost it in a taxi ca... what people say » b, but I was informed by the hotel staff that I had left it at the hotel cafe. The iPod was then returned to me. Such honesty and professionalism of - We enjoy the room ambience. Room service food was really nice and delicious. Housekeeping was very great and keep our room clean and tidy.Breakfast serve variety for our 3 days stay. Free Shuttle transfer to Mangga Dua area is useful. As we need it every day. Free Internet service at the lobby was very good and I can update my family and friends easily. just tips :- for airport transfer you may use White Horse Taxi..very convenience and its not expensive

  came here 3rd time, quick check in-out, great bf and gym, rooms not new but absolutely comfortable, fully equipped mini market, we feel like coming home - Kindness of staff, and efficiency. Taking initiative to make my staying as pleasant as possible. The whole place is kept in pretty decent condition.
