The location is very convenient. It is nestled in the city with access to local markets, taxis and public transportation. The hotel decor is modern with subtle nods to Indonesian art- notice the woodwork and sculptures that decorate the common areas. The pool is a refreshing retreat- especially for an early morning dip, after a day of sightseeing or after visiting the gym. The Spa services are exemplary with professional and attentive staff. all reviews » Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again. The staff were very helpful and friendly.. Check-in was pretty nice n easy... Clean and well organized and rooms r serviced daily... Nothing. Light in the rooms were so low that it is hard to work there. Executive lounge is an escape to that. Nothing, we only stayed the night before traveling on. Though the room wrecked of cigarette smell. The bar by the pool didn't have drinks and it took them a while to bring drinks in. Nothing!!. Nothing. no vegetarian dish in breakfast as well as not in dining menu. location in public area. Window curtain was not working, the towels was dirty and used when we check in. Nothing!. Loopy is very small. The mattress was very soft / felt old. The gym is rather hot if you are training on treadmills etc - stand fans would help. The breakfast area is so dark makes you want to go back to sleep. Staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel cafe was being used by smokers with no non-smoking area. The Room is too dim, too far away from main shopping area, very limited choice for breakfast spread and the buffet,. internet free but too slow... Room was only functional with no decoration; it was not cleaned by housekeeping once in the two days that we were there. Waiters are not so friendly as I had met before.
