Excellent location,at the heart of the city which is an Ideal location for business travelers. Furthermore the hotel is not far from the temples and ghats. The hotel gardens are beautiful and peaceful. It was a home like experience because of friendly staff. The room was neat and clean with free Wifi access. The bathroom was decent. This Hotel is a value for money. The complimentary breakfast served was decent enough.

I was pleased to be picked up by a family member from the airport ( Private taxi 700 rupees) as the guest house is very much in the centre of the maze of alleys in Varanasi which initially did seem daunting. After a walk around it quickly became less of a problem to find your bearings. Use the river as a point of reference.

The staff here are very firendly helpful, and they organise tours (river, museums, Sarnath etc.) and taxis for very reasonable prices (I checked with a travel agent who tried to charge me double for the same services). The rooms were a good size and had cable TV too. The food is excellent, and the hotel is also very quiet - because of the location
