I am a regular traveller since 1992 I have stayed in most hotels in Mumbai from 5 Star to 3 star.
This hotel is situated in an excellent venue. The rooms are bit small but don't grumble it is still an excellent value for money. Though I book thru letsbookhotel.com I was not offered breakfeast but when I arrived in the hotel I made sure that before I sign up for the room, I asked Roshan at the counter that I needed to see the room. The room was clean, and we could check out late (1pm). Because our flight was only on 1am in the morning, the staff offered a free locker for our luggage and gave us a room that night so we could take a quick shower and change clothes. The staff were great, really friendly, really helpful. They didn't have the room that I booked but were happy to upgrade me the next day. The room was clean and comfortable. Location excellent. Would stay there again.
