All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Complementary airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, Breakfast and even Bottled Water which is a rarity amongst 5* hotels in New Delhi. Thai restaurant is simply superb – probably the best Thai food I have had. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing. A couple of nice bar/lounge areas. I like that it was quite convenient because you can easily walk to metro station by which you can go to any part of Delhi easily. Good location for people who are arriving late by train. Good option of breakfast on the roof top and breakfast was included in room price. Bed was good and comfortable to sleep. Also the Receptionist was very friendly and nice. Good customer service :)

The staff was extremely accommodating .We were able to store our luggage for no extra charge for a couple of days. When we returned we had a hour to kill before our train and they served us tea and let us hang out in the lobby with our I pads . Wonderful place to stay. Room was spacious and clean.
