Staff - in every function - is extremely polite and helpfull. The Italian restaurant - within the Hotel - is SUPERB and so is its staff. The environment and the kindness of all the people there especially Ms Noha in the restaurant - very nice and professional waitress. the staff is always available and ready to take care about you , excellent gym and swimming pool. A good caring professional staff. Variety of types of food.

Good restaurants. everything. The space in the room, the fact of having a bath and a shower, the quality of the breakfast, the fact of having a taxi spot close to the hotel. TIP: if you need to go to/from the airport, use the local taxis. They are safe and cost 1/5 of the car the hotel will propose you. Friendly staff good choice of different restaurants & bars. The spa was good and clean. The building was nice. Everything is nice, but the standard room are small and not comfortable for couple as well as single person. FO stall uptill Housekeeping is outstanding. Close to the Airport. Not much. Price level of the Indian restaurant within the Hotel. nothing I'm eager to come back there again. restaurant too expensive inside the hotel , the lights has gone off for some seconds during the days. Nothing to report. Impossible to pay by credit card. We were 5 people, stayed for 10 days and none of us could pay by cc. Simply the machine did t work. Little pricey. Some rooms are a bit old. Security measure to check the room after house keeping has cleaned the room. nothing. Too many small things that were not working in my room (although some of them were repaired during my stay): hairdryer, bedlamp, sink and machine to make thee. Expensive Indian restaurant (for food of average quality). Impossible to go walk close to the hotel. Archaïque organisation 1970's design - hotel needs overhaul. Room r too smal +the taxe r too high 30 p it was not clean when I did my booking. the service was horrendous. Ambiance. Constantly overcharging and nagging the guests after confirmations on bookings.com. This hotel is a sham and must be removed from the list. i did not like the noisy AC. it was fixed the next day. i did not like the musguito in my room. i did not like the bug on my table at breakfast.
