  That everything went so smothley, everything could be arranged by the hotel! - We were upgraded in room from a twin standard to a suite at no extra cost. Fairly basic rooms, but comfortable and clean, and good value for inner Mumbai. Well located near Colaba and in Fort area.

It is clean ,good breakfast , helfull personnel espcially Joséphine , she was extrême l'y helfull. It s also récent hotel , I will recommand this and anyway I will be back a the end of my trip .   Position and accesibilty to transport for city tours - The location is perfect. They respected my wish for a quiet room. Theydid change me to another room with better air con two days after Icomplained of the air con in my room being too noisy.
