  We had a lovely stay here for 4 days and 5 nights. The location allowed us to walk to the Prince of Wales Museum, the Gateway to India and boats to Elephant Island, Victoria Station, Crawford Market, the High Court and the Univ of Mumbai. Which leads to the most enjoyable aspect of our stay and that was the staff - I am a regular traveller since 1992 I have stayed in most hotels in Mumbai from 5 Star to 3 star. This hotel is situated in an excellent venue. The rooms are bit small but don't grumble it is still an excellent value for money. Though I book thru letsbookhotel.com I was not offered breakfeast but when I arrived in the hotel I made sure that before I sign up for the room, I asked Roshan at the counter that I needed to see the room. Myself and my wife were offered FREE Breakfeast for 9 days. The

At the heart of Colaba, so it is close to the main shopping areas, food/cafes and a good base for the tourist sites in that area of Mumbai. - Great spot, really helpful people, beautiful room and view for a cheap price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us with a few problems (not with the hotel). - Location - right in the centre of old Mumbai 400m from Gate of India.
