very good value for these money.Absolutely satisfied. Same hotel in western europe cost 2 or 3 times more.Only good memories. Spa included in price.No extra expenses. - Excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Bedrooms/bathrooms were of a high standard. Breakfast was very good. Would definately stay again!

Rooms very old and tired, not four star, but staff were really friendly and Brasserie very good. No firdge in room I was first allocated not good for four star, I complaned and they upgraded me. Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

The kindness of personnel. Although we arrived later than the closing ours of the spa, they provided full access to the spa without any additional charges. - The price was excellent, and it included breakfast. The coffee was very good and the fresh croissants.
