helpfullness of the staff considering the low wages they get.As a solo traveller i felt very safe. I think the hotel is rather a 3,5 star hotel than 4*, since rooms and bathrooms are small and the equipment is not very modern. On the other hand, the hotel is quite fine and I'd recommend it.Nothing special, mostly positive experiences. location (distance of the centre of de city). maybe more fruit at breakfast and a etter choice of cereals coffee not very hot. A free complimentary bottle of water would not go a miss. Small Room. Cocktail drinks at Bar very bad! Most of the staff not smiling. Bathroom a little small. Also even though I requested room with view on Danube river I was given a room above parking! That was really disappointing!. The breakfast service could be improved, 1) coffee, tea, hot water was stored in huge urns and was only warm, sometimes lukewarm - hot would be better 2) cooked food was left on the trays without covers so the food got progressively drier into the morning 3) weekend staff not as quick to replenish bowls/plates when these got used up - had to ask for them a couple of times. They aren't realy kind people and they belive that "superior room''means a realy small room including....coffemaker!. Just a bit too far out from the city, but I should have researched better.
