The friendliness of staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were all extremely helpful with making reservations e.g city tour, taxi etc. This made life very easy indeed. - All the staff were very helpful, one of the best we have stayed in, thebreakfast was also incredible. Our stay at Estilo Fashion hotel was excellent from minute one. Reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, room spacious, clean and modern. Location in pedestrian mall and within walking distance of many tourist attractions and not far from the river and the large city indoor market. A very pleasant stay. We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
