The friendliness of staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were all extremely helpful with making reservations e.g city tour, taxi etc. This made life very easy indeed. - All the staff were very helpful, one of the best we have stayed in, thebreakfast was also incredible. As a solo traveller celebrating my birthday at the time of my stay I received a superb recommendation for a nearby restaurant for dinner & was looked after at the Bohem Art bar by being given a complimentary bottle of champagne!

My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from.
