The breakfast in the morning is another highlight. - We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

Then I overslept when the airport shuttle came to pick me up.   I dont usually write or read reviews - I prefer to make up my own mind but this was an excellent apartment and deserves recommendation : The family have 2 - 3 apartments & we chose Molnar U., 53, as it is right on the river embankment. We were across the street from the Danube, and closest to all attractions and restaurants. We had our five year-old daughter with us, and she made friends with the neighbour children in the courtyard. It was one of the best trips we have taken in Europe thus far. It was a beautiful apartment with all of the amenities we needed.
