Excellent staff. Very helpful. Always at the desk and willing to go above and beyond to help. Staff called the airport shuttle to make sure they were coming to pick me up. Then I overslept when the airport shuttle came to pick me up. The staff asked the shuttle service what to do and called my room to tell me that the shuttle could return in 15 minutes. Very helpful staff. Good location on the Buda side. I'd rather stay on the Buda side since it is closer to Gellert Hill and Castle Hill, which .

Very friendly English-speaking staff. Rooms facing yard are very quiet. Water heater with tea bags and instant coffee (inc. caffeine-free) in the room. Air conditioner on at the time of arrival. It was on the side of the river by the castle etc in Buda but only a 5 minute walk to the city over the bridge. Very close to lots of amazing sights - excellent location. For it's ok. By booking a free late check-out was offered (14:00 instead of 12:00)but it was not allowed in the hotel. We were prepared for it but the location is a bit of a distance from Central Pest (obviously as it's in Buda). The location was a bit off putting. No fitness centre. The smell from the toilet in our bathroom. Nothing. Internet connection fails on the fifth floor where we were staying. Bathroom very small. Shower over bath was awkward as it was fitted cross ways and not at the top of the bath. No lounge/bar therefore nowhere to relax. TV has BBC World News only in English. Only two tea bags and 2 milks per day. Bed linen and towels of poor quality.
