  Great place. Great location. Nice access to the city with Szeczeny spa just across the park. The place was clean and stuff was very helpfull. Everything in the hotel is still very new. Someone said they wanted 15€ for breakfast in the past, but the price has been lovered to 10€ now which is kind of ok. Prices there are a bit - The location of the hotel is just perfect - it is one block away from Hero Square and the metro station that takes you directly to the city centre. The room was spacious and with a really nice design, the bed was comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and had a nice smell. The bathroom was very nice as well, with a big shower. We parked the car on the pavement in the street near the hotel, which was for free (at least during weekend), so we didn't have any expenses with the parking.

The staff are highly efficient and multilingual; any requirements or requests are met with immediately and with a smile. The location is central and the area around the hotel is tranquil. We would return willingly to this hotel.

When I approached the front door it opened automatically and as I turned toward the front desk, this charming, helpful, and professional young man came out from an office door to great me. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
