Firstly, this was our second stay, which says a lot for this hotel. The Star Inn Hotel is very comfortable, clean, well-run, and international. The staff are highly efficient and multilingual; any requirements or requests are met with immediately and with a smile. The location is central and the area around the hotel is tranquil. Hotel was really comfortable; staff was really helpful and friendly. For a four stars hotel I would expect little bit more, but everything was fine for me during this short stay in Budapest. Hotel is really close to lot of sights, just a short walk from Parliament. Breakfast buffet was well stuffed and had a lot of options.

We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

This place was great. AC was working the way AC should not like some hotels claim to have AC and really have some P.O.S system that's 20 years outdated. Those of you that travel should know what I'm referring too. The room was very spacious for the money and the bed was cozy and king size. Bfast was basic but gave you a good start to the day.
