  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. We defenitel... what people say » y recommend Boscolo residence for families with small kids willing to stay in the heart of Budapest. - We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  When we arrived we were told we were "Guests of the day" for theduration of our stay. We were upgraded to an apartment on the 5th floor,with breakfast and use of the exceutive lounge included for noadditional charge.
