Great location, just 5 minutes of walk from parlament and other valuable places. Very comfortable apartment fully equiped. Receptionist is fluent in Polish:). We loved the apartment and its central location to all attractions. It was very quiet and having a 24 hour convienence store next door was very nice.Cleanliness, location, price, calmness, availability to help of the hotel TO MA apartaments staff, especialy Mr.Bela.

Room is very new and clean. the staff were very helpful. large aprment. excellent location, only 30seconds to the metro station, the national museum is next block to us.The agency office is hard to find, but the apartment is very easy to find.The room service man cannot speak English, but still very kind to call his colleague to explain. Very big room with clear lighting.This apartment actually belongs to a local who's out of town. It was a nice change to a hotel as you feel like you're living in Budapest as opposed to being a visitor. Laundry was a bonus, it was a clean and comfortable stay relatively close and easy to see the sights. We stayed in a beautiful apartment in a perfect central position. Theapartment was very well equipped and it gave us a feeling of being "athome". The staff of to ma travel agency spoke many languages and wasreally helpful.Comfortable apartment in silent street near the center of the town, easy to find the building, easy to park the car. If I travel again to Budapest I'll stay there again. Excellent apartment - perfect for our needs and made our time very comfortable.Actually finding a very decent appartment and feeling integrated. The building is in instruction, but the room is clean and new painting. The office is not in the same district/suburb which is where you pick up the keys. Its like trying to find the hotel twice, not exactly fun when you're catching the local metro in a foreign city. You can pay for someone to pick you up for a fee though.There was no one that could inform us about tours, or around the city, or anything else. No one to ask since an office rents private appartments. I could not get the expresso machine to work.only the noise from the apartements around. Good communication with the staff. Friendly, clean. Met my expectations.The shower bathroom could have been a little cleaner, and some hygienical articles could have been in store: toillet paper, soap, dishes detergent for the kitchen. There also was a little problem with the boiler because we were 4 persons in there, and there were always only 3 of us that could have enjoyed a hot shower. I think these are little but doable things that could improve the place. The apartment we got was not located so close to downtown as the operator address is located at, and that was a little bit disappointing at the begining, however the metro station nearby helped a lot.I recommend that a small toaster oven be provided there. Shower door was broken. Hotel in different location to that indicated when booking was made, though location was fine.There was a bad smell in the entrance of the flat and the view from thewindows was totally depressing. Plus there was construction work goingon early in the morning. But who stays in the flat for very long when onvacation??. The facilities (such as the elevator) in the public area is old, and at night the light in the public area is off, so it is a bit scary.the door lock should be replaced or repaired. The beds could have been better. Poor infrastructure. Not enough towels. Not enough sheets for all beds. tired and worn interior. Door key hard to use. Sometimes took 5 minutes or more to open door.
