This is the 1st time I've stayed in non-hotel in HK as I wanted to experience some of the local style accomodation, and it wasn't that bad as I imagine. But, having said that is because I've booked the biggest room and only stayed for 2 nights yah! Ms Ellen is very helpful, just check with her on directions if you have doubt. She sells discounted tickets for some tourist places too.

it is really a good hotel based on the price range of the room rate. it is not that close to the metro stn but still quite convenient cuz hk is quite small anyway. the room size is ok, will 'HK size" just enough to meet all the needs. love the shower and bathroom. showering can be really important and relaxing. clean, nice city view. Have stayed there twice already. if the price is lower, will definitely go back hk for the hotel and all the shopping there.

The hotel was located in Kowloon close to the Olympic MTR station (about 5 minutes walk). The rooms were only small, but I believe that this is not unusual for Hong Kong. The room was clean and tidy and well stocked with toiletries the were refreshed each day.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nathan Hotel is just the best out of HK hotels in the same range of prices. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bedding is exhaustive, they are well furnished (42" TVs, speakers to use with music player, a DVD player, ...). Services are pretty cheap (e.g. Internet) or even included (breakfast, btw very good and not refused to late people)
