The staff were very helpful and were able to advise on a pretty wide range of subjects and made useful suggestions to make travel about Kowloon easier e.g. using the shuttle bus to the Dorsett Seaview as a means of jumping off to other areas. The place is spotless and although the rooms are on the small side by western standards they were more than adequate and very good value. This hotel is lacoted in a very central area, between Mong Kog andOlympic hotel. Thus, it is very convenient and easy to reach and visitany site in Hong Kong. This hotel was verry clean, in a safe area, theemployee were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely a great choice forthe price!!!! I will recommend this hotel with n hesitation. all reviews »
It must be the best value for money in Hong Kong. Small room but clean and comfortable. The location is also excellent - 5 min walk to Nathan Rd and Mongkok where all the action is. The location is good, can easily find coffee house around the area, room is clean and renovated, shuttle bus service.It was close to Airport Express, good value for the money and close to shopping and restaurants. It had a nice atmosphere with pleasant staff. It was a very clean and nice hotel for the hotel rate that was given. nice room, friendly check in and also had rooms available early. Staff were extremely helpful, Informative and friendly. I've stayed 3 times and I really like the location and what you get for your money. The room may be a little small but you're only going to sleep there. If you want bigger then you'll have to pay more. I find the staff helpful and you are only 5-7 minutes walk from Mongkok station and alot of shopping! They don't sport alot of services but again, I'm not in HK to stay in the hotelroom!. That the price of breakfast was not included in the overall price and that shuttle bus only went once an hour.rooms were very norow. the tank in the toiler fail to perform as it should,some time,not all the time,water did not cut off by itself,unless I open the top to move the founction parts .the hotel does not has heater as it was too cold during night. I would prefer it if breakfast could be included in the rate. Our room was very small compared to other hotels that we stayed in (but I assume all rooms in Hong Kong is so small).No any facilities for leisure. The television stations provided were not very good. The only english station was bloomberg which I do like but you can only watch so much of it. They did have a few english shows on other stations but they only came on at 10:00 PM and later. Mini bar temperature was not cold enough and no control to adjust it was apparent. Buffet breakfast did not have any fruit available. Just fruit juice.Freezer not working. The room was too small. There's no chairs in the room.Shower is a little tight for large people. location was a little shady. there is no other tv chanel except local! and room was so small. I booked double room but it was so small. like single room. I thought the carpets in the corridors and room were very tired andmarked and you nitice that first, kind of put you off a bit , room wassmall but comfortable, area it was in was an industrial are ,although wequite liked hotel we were put off with the are.The hotel didn't have an extra adapter on the first night, the room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was a used toothbrush in the shower and hairs on the bed), and the shuttle pickup, while nice took 45 mins from Mongkok Station to get back to the hotel, which was a waste of time when the walk back to the hotel was about 10 mins. Very small room. The hotel took no notice of my request in the comment section for a double bed, not twin beds.
