It is very convenient for people who want to travel without having credit card，which i do not have credit card,the hoste staff confirm my booking very quick! They reconfirm me 7 days before our arrival hk and guide me how to reach the hostel, the hostel is very safe with camera control! The build have man to look after the building, it is very very safte for me which travel by myself, the staff are very friend and helpful and confortable,so I want to tell for all the people who wish to travel .

The room clean snd comfortable for hk hostel, most of the hk hostel room are very small, but Lucky hostel the room size is bigger than other hostel. The confirm our booking is very quick!!! So I want tell for all people who wish to come to hk, to recommend to book this hostel!. we had a late check-in, which was no problem for them. The room was small (but so are most of the rooms in Hong Kong), but clean and the bathroom was OK size. The location is great, in the lively Mongkok area, the metro station is really close and the A21 bus stop to the airport is also not far away. The staff very friendly and genuine very pleasing to help in any way, room was small but very adequate for what you need, good air con, TV, wi- fi, own bathroom with shower and hot water, very convenient to MTR and shopping etc. is only a room but very comfortable and great value. ms. helen can speak and understand english & mr.lee is nice, both are approachable. hotel bit small but then, it was clean and comfortable to stay,with hot water and a.c., very near to ladies market, shopping center, mtr and bus terminals.hotel with reasonable rate. 1) Location is perfect. Near to Mongkok train station. Lots of shop & street market situated nearby. 2) It have all the basic facilities I need such as hot shower, water dispenser and laundry. The staff at Lucky were very good at letting us leave our backpacks with them for the day so that we could tour the city. They also gaves us good info on buses etc... very helpful. Ms. Helen is very pleasant to deal with. The location is perfect for shopping and the MTR just so close. We appreciate the complimentary water: hot and cold. The sound of busses 24 hours. Terrible place, very unfriendly staff, uncomfortable rooms. Staying there was like a nightmare!! Will never go back, especially alone. he go in my room and take my luggage out without my permission at 11am when i was out side. because got new rental want to check in. he say check out time is 11am. The service is very bad.my friends cannot sleep one night...they blame me...the room is not like I see in the website....we are so dissappointed....and the servant didn't help us.
