I had made a negative comment about this hotel previously in my last post to letsbookhotel.com. I wrote that i was double charged by this hotel. This did nt happen as i had made a technical error. Apologise for tht and hope to stay in yessin again. Thank you Jes. The room is clean n big enough than the other hotel.The staff here are really super helpful,they even call other staff come and help me even I was already give up,and they really solved it!Thanks Steve and Joe,see u guys next time :).
all reviews » Yessyn was very good for the price l paid, and also quite safe. l felt secure at all times. The linen and facilities very good, clean and comfortable. l was fortunate to have the triple room for myself. Potent air conditioning, like any other place in Hong-Kong. Friendly staff; good vibe. Good location near the subway and a nice soup restaurant. Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning is good, very nice location for a traveller on a budget. The curtains around the bunks made it much easier to get some sleep in the dorms. Nice staff and budget-friendly. Location ok, close to subway and tram stations. great internet wifi speed, clean bathroom, great room service. Clean room, comfortable bed, safe security. Room extremely small, just enough for bed, shared bath... The only positive thing is the location. It was all good, properbly with the renos. it was a little hard to 'navigate' at times. but who cares, for the price it for 6 nights, good value!. Tiny bathrooms. Small Room Space. When I arrived the woman on reception was on the phone taking a personal call and couldn't be bothered to put it on hold to talk to me instead just handed me a piece of paper which I assumed she wanted me to write my name on to find out who I was. The man on the desk in the morning when I was checking out was much more friendly and polite!. no real lobby but it s ok for just sleeping there. noisy morning because of renovation. The cleanliness of the place was a bit lacking. The bed cover was quite heavy for the hot temps of Hong Kong. No good flushing system!!! Eeeeee. Dislike e curtains at the bed, they shld made easily foldable to one side if needed. Everything else is sub-par, worse than the "already low" expectation. Lacking basic necessities, no chair, no desk, no towel, no soap, no cup, no flat surface to write or put PC on. TV and desk lamp did not work. The downgrade from 3-star to 1-star is not worth or proportional to the money saved. Extremely tiny room,renovations going on so had many plumbing issues with the toilet,noisy as our room was right next to reception,people talking outside all night. the toilet was not good working. You must give the guest better advise how to use the toilet (use less toiletpaper!). We had noisy neighbours. Location is difficult to find, no any board to identify location. Bad Soundproofing, too noisy. no open hall. Toilet. Attitute of one staff was so bad. Dusty Floor. The toilet is abit dirty and the cleaner does not clean the room every day. The bathroom is a little to small and dirty. The TV doesn't have a lot of channels. No booking tickets for the guest. The building is full of construction. the building is currently under constraction floor so smelly showers dirty wc didn"t flash in the first two days some people conitinously living in the rooms..so they leave there stuff everywhere. bad manners\service (but that seemed to be common across HK). Double Room was not even a single. It's true HK living spaces are "tight" overall, but if 2 pillows don't fit in the bed (of a size that in my country is considered a large single bed) and there's no floor-space to open 2 bags.. well, something is wrong. The staff talked really loud in the middle of the night. Really loud. Can't sleep at all. The bathroom was all wet when we got in. I'm not sure if they clean the bed sheet before we checked in because there're some hair on it. About everything else about this place.... I will never stay here again.... Ever! Place doesn't even resemble a guest house or B&B, it's more like a converted apartment!.
