A very impressive hotel! Superb decor. Excellent breakfast. Huge room. Outstanding staff. At reception,Vasiliki and Stella went out of their way to provide recommendations and directions. I got the impression that they really appreciated my business. One of the nicest sauna/spa experiences I've ever had. Stelios was very kind and helpful. I'll be back!. The staff were excellent as was our superior double room. Breakfast was varied and of a very good quality. The pool facility was good and very well managed. An excellent hotel, well run and with very helpful staff.

The gym is too small and at the morning the water was cold. parking service-too late. poolbar opening time. the swimming pool is not open 24h. The Spa is a Bluff, no sauna justa a jacuzzi and a Hammam..no more than 50 sqm!!!. It was very difficult to get taxis back there!. Problem with the parking.transportation to the center. There were no available rooms for us, we needed to stay at room for an invalides, which were not to comfortable for us, specially the bathroom. Please next time comfirm with the hotel for available rooms at the time of arrival.Directions to hotel useless. Pool area hopeless if you are a non smoker - the unhealthiest swim I've ever taken.Superior room in 5 star hotel really should have curatains that close properly, a shower area that doesn't leak and bedroom sheets thata ctually cover the whole of the bed. Pity because the room was super otherwise. Lack of no smoking areas in the breakfast area a problem. There were little attention to customers dining at the pool area.
