very good service! specially Ellen who is very hospitable and always patient to answer questions and provide helpful informations. I also i would like to thank Mr. Tim who is very professional and helpful! The hotel has very good internet service and free of charge! Very good hetel in all!. the rooms were clean and well laid out, they seemed a bit small but were very comfortable. the hotel is only 2 blocks from the train station, which was very convienient. cab drivers knew where the hotel was, even though we didn't speak greek.

A good choice if you have a late arrival or early departure by local or international trains. 10 minute bus journey to long distance bus terminal which is at the far edge of the city. Bus to airport runs all night and stops close to hotel + many other city bus routes. Everybody, from the receptionist to the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. Though most of the hotels in Thessaloniki do not look like much on the outside, this hotel is great once you get inside and the rooms are, for this price, well furnished, equiped and spacy enough.Central, although in a not so pleasant part (near Vardaris). Do not park on the hotels parking.Its not a real parking, just a very small of muddy area. Need more respected place for parking cars.The staff was not very friendly and did not have enough time for answering the questions. Because of the closeness to the road there is a lot of traffic noise - also there was no duvet - just a sheet and a half sized blanket so I did geta bit chilly at one point - but all in all very pleasant. The receptionist did not speak English (or another foreign language) and therefore could not provide information. However, the next person on duty was excellent. bathroom is too small, but it seems can not be changed easily. The hotel has no parking and I let my car somewhere in the street few hundred meters away. The noise from the street. The breakfast was very very poor. the room was too noisy. The staff was a little grumpy , pfonic isoltion with the inside of the hotel was poor and it was a little bit far from the centre 20-30 min walk !. Breakfast, cleanliness in bathroom, city maps in leaflets, customer satisfaction questionaire. reception,lining. Ongoing construction! Location could have been better. Updated rooms had no phone or tv, older rooms were not as nice (while having tv, it didn't work!). Staff is not very friendly (compared to other hotels I lived in) but they help with each question. Several equipment in the room and bathroom was already broken. The hotel is a 3-stars-hotel, I would maybe give 2 stars :-). The traffic noise is very heavy, and there's a lot of dust, probably due to the city itself since the room itself appeared to have been cleaned. Also the hotel has a very small parking, we had to park on the street, a couple of blocks from the hotel.No available internet, little rude staff... reconstruction works were going on in the hotel and it was unclean. Empty cans and other stuff from teh renovation was on the floor.
