Everything, except subway works in front of the hotel which madeaccess difficult. I was very pleaded that we were allowed to check out in the afternoon.position , breakfast , stuff.... Friendly and helpful staff, large room and and hotel areas,rich breakfast. Nice rooms, Nice pool, Friendly staff, Good location, Good breakfast. I liked the breakfast and the rooms were very clean.
all reviews » Swiming pool. Parking. The staff is friendly, there is parking in the hotel and near by, good location in the centre. The interior of the hotel is superb. It is well run and well maintained.Internet access. 1. Room Service: No waiting time. The maximum waiting time was 20 minutes. 2. Breakfast was quite rich. Still, I would like to see some action cooking available for customers (the preparation of crepes would be an excellent choice). The buffet could have a bigger variety of nuts and there was no fresh orange juice available. 3. Free Internet 4.Friendly and restaurant staff with some sad exceptions. Room interior design. The downstairs bar is great if a bit pricey. Reception was swift and polite by Greek standards.100% charge on advance. Poor wireless internet connections. Problematic slow elevators, not sufficient for size of the hotel, sometimes d'ont stop on your floor...time consuming. The rooms are small and the bathroom too. The view from the windows. 1.The elevator during breakfast time was out of service. 2. Price to services relation for the snackbar was not appropriate.Road construction outside hotel prevented the car to stop infront of hotel entrance. It is inconvenience for guest with big luggages. 1.I did not like the espresso brand that the hotel uses (I am not sure what that was but it was not of my taste, I guess some other customers are happy with it though)2.My room was cleaned daily. Still, there were times where the room was not cleaned before 06:00pm.3.During breakfast I always had to ask for coffee myself, there is lack of staff probably... 4.The reception could have been more cozy. I think this is a 3* Hotel. Not a 4*. Is very old and renovations didnt change much. Luck of wifi connection within the room, it was unreliable and into the hotel in overall. I would rate the rooms as 2 stars not 4. The restaurant is dreadful and there is no alternative in the locality. The gym does not open till after lunch.Poor cleanliness (needs significant improvement), Personnel not willing to resolve arising problems, Poor parking services, Room half renovated and noisy.
