Location was excellent, right in the heart of Old Town of Rethymnon, and also directly across the street from a beach, which was perfect for young children or those who want little waves. The accommodations were wonderful, Karen, the owner thought of everything you would need to feel at home and yet still have a luxury hotel feel, the beds were super comfy, extra towels provided, nice thick robes, free wifi, even free calls to us. Cutlery, basics for cooking like oil, salt pepper, etc were also.

We were picked up by Karen, one of the owners, at the bus station and not only was she very kind and charming but from the moment we stepped into the Agora suite we were blown away. The bedroom was a loft (spiral staircase!) with it's own patio, the entire apartment was new and modern but with the personal touches of antique greek furniture. There was a selection of fruit and wine and Karen brought us fresh bread and pastries for breakfast in the morning. Th. A splendidly luxurious and reasonably priced establishment right in the heart of the picturesque old town of Rethymno, overlooking the calm sea in the marina. Ideally located so that both beach and shopping/dining/partying are only a few short steps away in either direction, and yet the perfectly insulated suite itself is absolutely peaceful and A/C-cool. The delicately scented atmosphere in the suite combined with the fresh bread and baked goods generously supplied in the morning by the hosts . Excellence to details. Stayed in many upscale places and never write reviews but Karen made it to perfection and above all expectations. Beautiful appartment where one immidiately feels like at home. Has 2 levels, 3 rooms, balcony with seaview and big patio. Appartment has everything necessary and even more. Fridge is full and complimentary wine bottles free for guests, fresh bread in the morning delivered to the door + many more big & small things that make vacation just ideal. Definetely . Spacious, beautifully designed and decorated suite. Spotlessly clean. The self-catering facilities include an oven and hob. Fresh bread and pastries brought every other day. Karen (who owns the property with husband Marinos) gives you all the attention and help you want, as well as all the privacy you desire. The suite seemed to contain every conceivable thing you might need (fridge, hairdryer, iron, spare towels, coffee machine, spices – and wine!). This is one of the best places I've ever st. Perfect location for the beach and the Old Town of Rethymno. Lots of lively bars, delightful restaurants, shops and cafés very close by. Warm, friendly, engaging reception from the owner and hostess Karen on arrival, so keen to ensure guests' have an enjoyable, comfortable and memorable stay. Fully equipped with all comforts of a modern family home. Outstanding attention to detail shown in the provision of local everyday fresh baked food products, complimentary groceries, wine and toiletries. the sea view apartment was fantastic. Decorated with style, well maintained, comfortable, charming, spotless, perfect location in old town, nearby of the blue flag beach, alike shopping area of old venetian town. And if you are adding kindness of our hosts and their correctness... None of similar location we were chosing in Crete couldn't even compare with this apartment. We will be back in a month and that speaks for itself... Great welcome and special gifts for our honeymoon (bunch of roses, champagne, honey and plate full of fruits). A lot of space in the apartment that was decorated neatly. Super comfortable bed where we wanted to spend all day:-) We also enjoyed coffee maker where we could make capuccino or chocolate as well. We got fresh bread each two days and that was really nice. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. This is one of the best examples of hospitality I've ever stayed. We stayed in Sea Panorama Suite, and all the family (we were 2 adults and 2 children - 6 and 13) are very satisfied. I would highly recommend this elegant place for the holidays. The owners went above and beyond (fresh bread on the doorstep; homemade jam when we left; did our washing for us...). Don't hesitate to stay here. Children enjoyed computer and wifi access. Just great! Karen, the host, was wonderful - as was the apartment! Must see... Apartment is beautiful, staff are great, felt very at home. Kindness of the owners of the apartment. Nothing. I didn't like the fact that I broke a vase. Karen didn't appear to care in the least. That's just one of the reasons she's the perfect hostess!. Absolutely nothing to dislike. No bath and no swimming pool. Not too many shelves for clothes but we managed without. Nothing. Very difficult to think of anything that could be improved about this place. Nothing. The stairs from the bedroom to the main living area were a bit steep which might be a problem for some people. None. To much IKEA furniture.
