The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. The view is superb and you can see both sunrise and sunset on both sides of the hotel. The service of the staffs are second to none. The buffet breakfast is great and the restaurant offers very great view to the Caldera and Oia. Dinner is a bit expensive, but worth trying, the food is very fresh and tasty. The seafood fruit sa.
all reviews » We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and it was the perfect location! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, loved every second! The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind. Wish Pantheon would provide door stops and window devices that would prevent them from slamming shut when the breeze increases. Had to use towels. Who in their right mind would use air conditioning in these perfect arrid nights?. Everything was perfect!!!. This was not a true "minus" for us, because we prefer a peaceful place to the very busy places of Fira or Oia. Anyway,the hotel was far from restaurants and any shop. If you do not like to walk like we did, so be prepared to rent a car or motorcycle. There are some touches we wish exited, considering it is a luxury destination and the price, such as a coffee maker in the room, turn down service in the evening, complimentary water bottles would have been a nice touch, better bathroom amenities in terms of brand or quality, newer towels as the ones that were there seemed very old. Cold Jacuzzi Pool closing and jacuzzi closes too early at 8pm. more staff would ensure that room service can be more efficient,if food is left out on pool side in private villa,it gets cleared next day. be sure you want to drive there or not going anywhere except the hotel, as the hotel is in between Fira and Oia, you will need more that one and half hours to walk to either of them.
