This hotel was in an excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere and it was a 3 min. walk to the main square where you could access the xpress bus to the airport as well as metro if needed. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was varied and the room was very comfortable. terrific location - very central and within walking distance to everything. The staff went above and beyond at all times to help me and made me feel very welcome. Exceptional customer service!!Extremely clean. Great wi-fi speeds with no interruptions.
all reviews » Lovely idea for a boutique hotel. Very comfortable, clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for Acropolis sight seeing and just off the Plaka so everything was walkable. Quiet despite in a busy area. Very good value for money!. I loved the funky décor and the internet café was a great bonus. The hotel has an excellent location near the city centre, shopping, the plaka and ancient sites. Loved the wonderful breakfast and the freshed squeezed orange juice. This was our 2nd stay the Diamond Plus. This room was larger than the previous one and more comfortable. It is bright and quite with good internet connection. Enjoyed staying here almost as much as the first time. Happy to come back to the hotel! The location is perfect for everything you need. It was right in the centre of Athens, very easy to walk to all attractions. King size bed. The staffs are kind. Would be nice to have a larger bar/ sitting area but not a huge issue since there are so many in the area around the hotel. It's beginning to show some wear and tear. Shower leaked out of the recess, onto the floor in front of the toilet. Safe can be picked up - should be bolted to the wall. There is a foul odour in the entrance of the building which, fortunately, was not in our room. No facility for hot drinks in the room - this will make the place perfect. TV channels limited but not a big deal. At night you need to close the windows and use the airconditioning to sleep, there is a fair bit of noise from the street. there is no Spa. we stayed 8 days and I know if you stay more than 3 nights in any hotel they try to make you more welcome and feel more comfortable by giveing you the best room, our room was fine but I found there is another room with the same amount of money bigger..while our stay we notice nobody stay more than 2 days on it!. The rooms were a bit dated. The plastic looking furniture in the room was not inviting to relax in. A little surprised by decor. I thought the wedding dress hanging on wall at head of bed very strange and the all white vinyl furniture a little over the top. Wardrobe too small. Had to walk across the street to breakfast. Breakfast ok but don't go late as everything removed at 10:00 prompt (including coffee). Breakfast room!. the newly decrorated room is smelly and the room is not as large as you seen in the picture. small rooms, small elevator, enternet not so good. Unfortunately the front desk staff do not have a sense of hospitality. A simple example is: I call the reception asking for 2 big towels. The receptionist replies "why? You don't have any towels" what kind of question is that.... small bathroom. Too much the light in the room at night, from under the door and air conditioner. Breakfast was just ok, a lot of the cooked food was burnt. not suitable for family with young children: high bed, not enough wardrobe, no big table, etc. None. none. Nothing mentioned. Room wasn't like the picture that we saw in letsbookhotel.com. There weren't any tea / coffee making facilities in the room, ie. Kettle, cups etc. room was tiny. sound proofing of the room was quite bad as we could hear vehicles and music coming from the ground floor (we stayed on the 1st floor). The room was not cleaned well enough. You could see this in the bathroom. Some spots were simply missed. In the cupboard, there was a fridge on a shelve but due to its weight, the shelve broke, this was not replaced. Just looked sloppy. ...unless you will see that not white is so white. Many dirty spots, and cracks on the wall. Breakfast, don't expect much, then you will be fine. There were dirty spots in the room,cause the room is white it annoys more The breakfast is quite bad dont expect much for the price ratio. Felt the all white rooms were tired and needed refreshed. Room and toilet pretty small. It was a very terrible experience. I booked the room because a very nice picture with white decrodations. But they said there was no room when we arrived and checked in. They asked us to go to a sister hotel by 5 min walk. This hotel is near a church. Every 30 min the bell rings. It was very noisy. The bath room is small. The bed is not comfortable at all. We couldn't sleep well all the night. Poor Room Service Dirty Carpets Blow drier did not work 2nd Blow drier replaced did not work Bed side lamps bulbs were blown.
