The hotel as very good! We enjoyed staying there. Nice and cosy, great breakfast! Very close to the city center, just a several stops by metro. The metro station is within 2 minutes walk. Clean and spacious room, very easy to find from the U-bahn. Proximity to the Oktoberfest. Guest services and staff very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was very good and always well stocked. Upon arrival we learned that the 3rd bed was a fold out cot which was not very comfortable. During our stay construction was underway on the hotel and every morning at 8:00 a.m. the workers began hammering and drilling.Selection of hot food for breakfast could be better. Air conditioner did not work. Beds were small. 3rd person bed in room was a very uncomfortable pull out. We had to get an extra room. The third bed in the room was uncomfortable. The rooms on street side (sunny side) must have air condition. Room too warm, small window. Folding bed for third person was extremely uncomfortable.Airconditioning was too hot. Noise from other rooms easily heard -especially the cumbersome hair dryers. Breakfast room sometimes was unbelievable crowded. The must do something bigger. poor hairdryer, room a little bit old but confortable. Noisy street, overly warm rooms. On one of the days we came back to find the door had been left open, probably after it had been cleaned (nothing had gone missing!) but still more care should be taken. Could happen at any hotel I guess. The room in complex wos good but the shower in the bath was broken as the glass of the dousch. the bathroom, staff at reception.

We offer 55 modern guest rooms, spread out over 6 floors. Decorated with dark tones, these rooms offer all of the amenities of a typical city hotel. The building was completely renovated in 2004 and fitted with, among other things, high quality parquet flooring.
Travelling information
Arriving via public transport from Munich's international airport:
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S1 or S8 to "Marienplatz"
- Change here to the underground line U6 and travel 5 stations (towards "Klinikum Großhadern") until you reach the station "Harras"
- Leave the station in the same direction as you have been travelling, and walk down Albert-Rosshaupter-Strasse on your right
- You will find our hotel on the right-hand side after 200 metres
Arriving by car:
- From the main railway station/city centre, follow Lindwurmstrasse to its end, and then turn left into Plinganser Strasse
- At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right into Albert-Rosshaupter-Strasse
