Everything. Room was very large and clean and the staffs were extremly helpful. The location can be thought a bit distant from the city center, but it took no more than 10 minutes to the center by metro and the Thalkirchen station was very near the hotel(only 5 min walk from the hotel). Staffs were prompt in their responses back to emails. We had no problems finding the hotel. It was just 5 mins walk from the U bahn station Thalkirchen. Breakfast was good but with limited choices. If u got no universal adapter, u can borrow it with no cost.

The hotel is close to the Zoo and easy to reach from the motorway. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, closed parking place. I liked everything about it: the location, the staff, my accommodation, especially the shower room, and the excellent array of dishes for breakfast! Comparing the deal offered in UK for single travellers, value for money was excellent. Location was close to Ubahn and Zoo, breakfast was above average. Rooms were spacious, parking free, cribs available. Clues that it is next to a medical center are very well hidden, it won't bother you. Superb breakfast and very friendly and helpful reception staff.Only 5 minute walk to underground station for access to Munich and all facilties. Hotel wiyhin walking distance to Oktoberfest. everything is perfect except the WiFi. I liked the breakfast so much and Suzan is a great person ( she works in the reception ), she was so kindly and helpfull. Almost everything is perfect. For those who travel by car, finding the hotel can be a bit difficult because the navigator doesn't take you in front of the main gate of the hotel. Instead you'll find a sign of a medicine research lab on the road, then get inside the gate of the lab and the hotel is right there. No wifi in the room but wlan. No Wifi in the rooms. There was nothing I could find fault with. Nothing. WiFi , I was live in 1st floor and WiFi didn't cover my room, so I should go to the lobby to access internet and this isn't acceptable for me. It's 550m from the nearest subway station (u3), and the internet connection sometimes doesn't work, but overall this hotel is really really good. The room has no refrigerator,but with two big wardrobe! Wifi is only available in the lobby. No WLAN in rooms, internet only via cable. WLAN available in lobby. Located outside the centre of munich. a bit hard to find, but if you enter the address on the GPS remember it is in a Clinic's yard. Nothing. Wifi only available in the open place. but wire link access in the room. Location was not easy to find as there are no signs directing to hotel. You should add free wifi in all the hotel, because the free wifi in the lobby it is slow. internet access is not wifi based, requires cable (RJ11). Breakfast could improve.
