The room was a great value. Clean room, packaged candy on the pillow, helpful staff. Quiet "residential" neighborhood in Munich's outskirts--exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't have found it w/o my GPS. Spotted an Aldi store on the same street, picked up a few items, munched in room. "Free" public parking is parking on the neighborhood street. Seemed perfectly safe. Very nice staff.

I went at the start of the oktoberfest, there was a mistake on theoffers and I got an amazing deal with 3 course dinner, champagne,chocolates, decoration, everything for 98 euros a night and the normalrate in oktoberfest is almost 300eur. They knew it was their mistakebut they still mantained the offer.Good nice neighberhood and verygood hotel!!. We enjoyed the quiet location. It was close to the U-bahn, and S-bahnlines, which will take you right to the Munich central station, and theOktoberfest grounds.. Very clean. Nice Bathroom. It is a modern hotel in a quiet green area close to U-bahn with shops .I like very much also the cuisine of the restaurant. The staffs were helpful in every way, quite near to the metro station/ U-bahn; near to aldi so we could grab some groceries. It is a bit out of the way and quiet at night, though I did feel safethere and it was a nice neighbourhood. Not a lot of non-smoking room though, the receptionist literally have to check the rooms to make sure we have the right room. The doublebed is realy small.small room. Requested a double room and got a twin on arrival.It's summer and there's no air condition. The high price of the breakfeast.Towels were not being replaced. When we were in the hotel for the first time there were no kettle and cups in the room. When we arrived there in the second time, the room was not been prepared; there were one glass and two towels in spite of the fact that we have ordered a room for a couple and a child. breakfast. It was a bit noisy, noise from the yard of the restaurant, noise during night, rooms not very cosy. No extra bed for my room even I ask in the reservation.Please do not enter the room right after knocking to clean it and please do not do it at 10 am (I guess it was about cleaning) as we were laying in bed at about 10 am and somebody tried to enter room without any continuous warning. Hopefully the door had a chain.
