Fatima and Jan are just amazing. They go out of their ways to help you
and make everything easier. They clearly know the meaning of going the
extra mile. The place is not in the center of the city but easily
accessible through public transportation. I was a bit afraid of staying
here but the place is just the best b&b out there. We stayed at the
attic room and it was just perfect. You have to share bathroom but it is
always clean. If you're trying to save money this is a perfect

We booked this trip since December and we went in June, so lots of time planning. DO not look any more for hotels or BB, book this place now. Fatima and her husband are great. 1- best location, close to downtown but far enough from the noise. The bus at the door. 2- Excellent breakfast. 3- Very good rooms, big windows. And free Wifi. We will go back to Munich, too many things to see and we will go back to Zeevat, Thank you Fatima and Jan.
This is a small and familiar B&B. The owners are very kind, always very helpful. It is like spend some days in a friends or family house. It is far from the city center but you have a bus 2 min. from the house. It will take you 30 to 40 min. arrive to Munich center. Very good breakfast, wifi works great, comfortable bed. Cheaper than the average places in Munich.
Very nice hosts and great facilities. Room was big and comfy. Breakfast was very pleasant and the variety was unbelievable. Location was convenient, 4 stops of bus to subway station. Bus stop was literally at the doorstep. Quite neighborhood with a supermarket close-by. The room we stayed in had a large balcony.
Jan and Fatimah were so kind, welcoming and informative. Their house was incredibly comfortable and I really loved staying there. Particularly worth a mention is the breakfast (included in the price) which was an absolute feast! I can't recommend this b&b highly enough.
