Plenty of space and lovely views over the roof tops. Breakfast good with plenty of choice

The hotel was lifeless but we were there to join other members of the family just outside Lubeck.

Good equipped rooms and bathrooms with many shelfs to put your personal belongings. The breakfast is fantastic! You can park a car of 205 cm height in their garage!

Good location with excellent breakfast. The air conditioner function very well. Helpful staff with good English. After check out, you can still leave your car in the hotel car park for sight seeing.

Without the help of hotel staff, it is difficult to find the entrance of the hotel car park.

the location was perfect and allowed me to walk around town easily. The hotel was clean and with charm. Tranquil.

I received a free-upgrade to the studio because I was traveling with my baby, my nanny and my dog. However the bedroom of the studio was fairly small for the size of the entire apartment. So I cannot imagine how things would have been for me had I had received the room I had reserved.

The room was very comfortable, nice and quiet, with a very nice view over the city. The breakfast was excellent, and staff ever so nice.

We were a bit upset over the moralistic terms for using the wi-fi. What concern of the hotel is it what internet sites I want to visit, with my own laptop or iPad?? Now they blocked some of the pages we often visit.

Service is quite good. Reception is very kind. They will open the parking garage door for you in weekend and wait in front of there untill you out. Breakfast till 2 pm.

Alles ist in German language - I believe many stay at your hotel who cannot speak German - this has only to do with this questionaire which is only in German - the people working in the hotel were fluent in other languages too.

Sky film package did not work for the duration of our stay - only English speaking channel was cnn. Also, the beds were far too hard.

On Booking I booked The best deal. In the hotel I have found out, that the room is smoking room. No Smoking room was available only on Higher price. This it not fair for us, Non smokers!
