A superb hotel for staying with kids. Fabulous breakfast buffet and great facilities for children - kids corner in connection to the restaurant. Clean and tidy room with friendly staff, we were very happy with this hotel in all. Good wifi connection as well without charge. Everything was perfect. Spotless hotel. Location was ideal. Rooms were spacious and beautiful river view. I highly recommend this hotel to all those who can afford and want a great vacation.

Couldn't ask for better. The location is excellent, right across from the old town by the riverside. Did not try the restaurants but terraces looked really nice. Barman friendly and knows his drinks. Very friendly and efficient reception staff. Generously proportioned hotel. Great rooms with mini bar and coffee/tea making facility. I have been so many times in this hotel during the years and will not even consider others as it'd be total waste of time. We do only have very good experience with the hotel. We have been there before, and we will be back again. Good and varied breakfasts (but a bit crowded), very nice location, quiet, cheap outdoor parking. Excellent location, nice room with view and air condition. Good parking facilities. The location, the view, the pool and saunas, the friendly staff, the bed and linen. Shame that the hotel did not take advantage of the top floors for restaurant/bar and swimmimg pool. That would have made the hotel spectacular, overlooking the city. A hotel is quite old (scratched doors, not too modern equipment in rooms, etc), but still we enjoyed our stay!. The saunas were cold when we came. The bathroom floor in the room was cold. Dark in the garage !. slow internet. Nothing. Sloppy service in the breakfast facility - slow not cleaning tables from plates and disgusting dish and leaving us no option than to sit among leftovers and plates from previous guests killing our appetite. Nothing. Breakfast very disappointing, bacon was very overcooked. Little expensive. Cleaning was bad incl the pool area. I wrote the full story in their Customer Satisfaction but after more than three weeks, Iäm still waiting for any sort of reaction. I've spent many nights in 4 and 5 star hotels in all land continents the last 40 years, and this is not (or no longer?) a 5 star hotel in my book.
