The Apartment Hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff veryfriendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a wide selection ofhot and cold food available. The family room was huge and verycomfortable for 5. They even had a kid's table with puzzles and books inthe lobby. Great value for the money. The apartment space was perfect, clean, comfortable and nice kitchen facilities. The buffet breakfast was good too.

Hotel was great but it is a good 20 minute walk into Constance centre. The Lack of Air condition. Kind of far from the lake, but walkable. White color almost everywere like a hospital. The hotel must be renovation immediately. A limitation of hotel location in a quiet neighbourhood was that it was a little distance from city centre - but free access to excellent local bus services compensated. No air conditioning and balcony (but I knew about this upfront, so nothing to complain about). "Industrial" lighting style is not my favorite. I think this was a little overpriced for a single occupancy. A bit off the beaten track. construction was going on all around the area so it was a bit difficult to actually get to the hotel.A little far out from the old town. I thought the room 310 was very small. The corridors were very cold.Small beds. Lack of charm. Very basic comfort and facilities. No A/C. We thought this was a apartment hotel rather than a fixed up militarybuilding. The rooms were clean however we felt we were staying in awhite painted hopital room. Location to the lake was important to us andthis was not so. Knowing what we know now, we should have stayed inUberlingen and crossed the lake to visit the Insel Mainau.
