The staff forgot to provide me a ticket for public transport in Konstanz which is available for visitors/hotel guests for free. I got to know this fact accidentally the last evening before leaving. I was also missing WiFi as a free of charge service. the bedsheets. Rooms opposite the church have the cound of the bells every 15 minutesright throughout the night - suggest earplugs!. Poor sound isolation of rooms.Some dust under the beds indicated poor cleaning in hiden places. Easy to do samthing with. Not a big deal for us. freaking cold breakfastroom. outside it was -10, inside probably +15 max, staff told us it was due to the original windows. everybody was wearing scarfes and coates.room and bathroom on the small side, but adequate - it is an old building after all. Some reception staff gave the impression of having better things to do. Room for two had extra beds crammed in and it was hot and noisy.service at breakfast. The bed is too small for two persons. The price is relatively high. No free internet is available. No hot water boiler is provided inside the room.They do not care about customers.

Hotel information details

Hotel Graf Zeppelin touching history started with the entire building being destroyed by a fire in1900. Only 5 years later the hotel was restored to its former glory. In 1956 the hotel was renamed, from Deutsches Haus to Graf Zeppelin, in honor of local hero and inventor of the airship –Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin. To this day the building features many beautiful ornaments and historic aspects, reminders of days gone by.
