The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. They gave advise for restaurants nearby which was excellent. Room was nice and clean with a view to the TV tower. Great breakfast buffet served at the hotel. Location close to the main station, old city and great connections. Will choose this hotel for next stay in Dusseldorf. Ease of access. It is the poster hotel for "funky," which is why we liked it so much.

Arriving from Koblenz:
- Take the A61 towards Mönchengladbach/Venlo until you reach the motorway triangle at Erfttal
- Continue on the A1 towards Köln
- At the junction Köln-Nord continue on the A57 towards Düsseldorf
- At the junction towards Neuss-Hafen, follow the B1 (Bundesstraße)
- At the first exit, continue on the B1 towards Südring
- Turn left towards Völkinger Straße
- Follow the B1

- Take the A1 towards Bremen/Dortmund until you reach the junction at Dortmund/Unna

- At the junction Düsseldorf-Nord take the A44 towards Mönchengladbach
- At the junction Düsseldorf-Stockum follow the signposts to the "Messe" (exhibition centre) on the B8
- At Nordfriedhof continue on the B1 towards Düsseldorf-Unterbilk

Arriving from Berlin/Hannover:
- Take the A2 towards Dortmund until you reach the junction Oberhausen
