Rooms are clean, spacious and excellent value for money.
Excellent breakfast with a good selection of bread, ham, cheeses, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, plenty of good hot coffee.

The location was excellent within easy reach of the main railway staion,trams and also the Altstadt around a 10 minute walk.The staff were excellent,could speak English and were very friendly and helpful.
good location, right next to the apartment we rented in Düsseldorf, 5 minutes walking distance to shopping street 'Königsallee', 15 minutes walking to Altstadt. 7 minutes walking distance to Hbf.
The staff were very welcoming and couldnt help more. There is a very good Chinese close by called TSON-GAI, excellent dim sum, all very fresh. The breakfast was very good value for money.

Central heating was too weak to keep warm and bathroom ventilation seemed slightly poor.
I would say maybe if a large crowd of people were staying at the Hotel it can get a bit noisy as you can hear the others speak or even open their doors but overall it was still quiet and a restful week for me.

Walls between rooms are thin, neighbours woke me up when they came home late, I could hear them clearly. The floor in my room moved when they walked in their room, so my bed went up and down.
