We liked hospitality and friendly atmosphere in the Artus Hotel. People of the Artus Hotel were very helpful. They did everything to make our stay in the hotel comfortable and we were given all information and help we needed. If we are going to visit Dusseldorf again we'd like to stay in the Artus Hotel again and we will advise our friends to do it as well. We liked the hospitality and the friendly atmosphere in Artus Hotel. There were no such answers as no, impossible or don't know to ours questions. We had got assistance and information about all we needed. Great place. The owners of the hotel were happy and funny, the room was comfortable and warm whilst inexpensive. The area is quiet and pleasant. Taxi from airport was about 18 euro. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice Hotel, calm atmosphere, very friendly stuff, the price/quality relation is perfect. Very big and comfortable room in a quite neigborhood. Easy access to public transport, friendly service, decent sized room. Cozy enviroment in a beautiful area and architecture. The staff was warm and friendly. Close to well functioning public transportation. Good location - not too far from anywhere.The staff was helpful and very courteous! They were friendly to our dog as well. Also, it's only a 12 EUR cab ride form the airport. Arranged taxis, informed of trams etc.Artus Hotel is located in a quiet residential area, conveniently close to public transportation. The room I had was on the first floor and faced the street. It was fairly clean and quiet. The heater was working well, plenty of hot water in the shower. Public transportation is very convenient. The management is friendly and helpful. the place was very warm for a young couple. Very keen to help with information on local transport and restaurants etc.. Location. I would like to suggest only one thing. It is the access to internet connection in the room. It's a little out of the way - but close to public transit (tram) that will take you right into the city center.This has been my fifth visit to Dusseldorf and my first stay at Artus. Compared to a Zimmer it was a bit pricey. It would have been nice to have a bar soap in the shower and a larger duvet. The TV in my room was out of tune but got fixed as soon as I made the management aware of it. nothing special everything was very simple. Would have preferred a bathroom in the room, rather than being a separate room next door. renovation.
